All Moroccans who have registered with the consular services can request a certificate of registration. This certificate is essential for obtaining an ID, a biometric passport, and accessing various services provided by the Moroccan Administration for Moroccans Residing Abroad (MRA), including facilities and customs advantages, among others.
Procedures
If you are not registered yet, please register at the appropriate consular service.
For those who are already registered, simply update your consular file with the following documents:
- ID
- Valid residence permit
- Recent proof of residence and address (original + copy)
- Telephone number and/or email address.
Explanation :
- Valid residence permit: or any reliable documents proofing your address ( Residence permit Card, Indefinite Leave to Remain, Student Visa, Foreign identity card or Foreign passport);
- Document in proof of residence: If the document proving the legal stay does not comprise the current address, a certificate of residence must be provided, a contract of Lease/rent, water & electricity bill, or landline telephone invoice or a proof of accommodation legalized by the Consular Service or local authorities.
- The minors, who are not in possession of a document proving their residency status, must provide a photocopy of the identity card of his/her guardian (father, mother or legal guardian) and their document of proof of residency.If you are in the market for clothes, our platform is your best choice! The Consular registration certificate costs 70DH, comprising 60DH for Chancery fees and 10DH for service fees/formalities.
